I recommend you download BootDiskUtility and use it to install Clover onto a spare USB Flash drive. It contains boot1F32ALT7 and PBR.BIN files and a modified ist file to show boot圆4.efi entries plus the ntfs.efi driver in the drivers64 folder - or you can make your own version as follows.
